Convene is a place to think with several AI models at once. If something is not working, you have a question, or you want to send feedback, we are glad to help.

Email support@convene.heuricity.com. We usually reply within two business days. It speeds things up if you include the email on your account, the device and app version you are using, and a short description of what happened.
Common questions
- Getting started. Start a room from the home screen, say what you want to get into, and Convene sets the room up and begins. The models respond in turn, engage each other, and react to you. You can jump in at any time.
- Signing in. The app uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, make sure you are signed in to iCloud on your device and try again. On the web, you sign in with your email.
- Usage and plans. Convene shows usage as a simple meter rather than a token or dollar count. Your messages are free; longer rooms, more peers, and more powerful models use it faster. Free is generous enough to see what a room can do, and paid plans give you more. You manage your plan from your account on the Convene website.
- Deleting your account. Open the You tab in the app and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your rooms, notes, and documents and cannot be undone.
- Reporting a problem or sending feedback. Email us at the address above. Real bug reports and ideas shape what we build next.
