What Convene is

Convene is a session where several AI models reason about something with each other and with you. The models are run by third parties (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI). Convene orchestrates the conversation; it does not author the models' responses.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Convene to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, or that violates the AI providers' usage policies;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

AI output

The models can be wrong, biased, or inconsistent. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use it, and you should not rely on it as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Convene makes no warranty about the accuracy or fitness of any output.

Your content and sharing

You keep ownership of the content you put into a room and the documents you generate. You are responsible for what you choose to make public with a share link, and for ensuring you have the right to share it. We may remove shared content that is reported and found to violate these terms, and we may disable links or accounts that abuse the service.

Billing

Paid plans unlock more usage. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel yours at any time. Where required by law, applicable refund rights apply.

Service availability

Convene is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially in these early releases. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using Convene and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; if you keep using Convene after a change, you accept the updated terms.
